This tournament isn’t about “us”! In these tough times, we are all looking for opportunity. We encourage you to take advantage of our event and put your company’s presence out there!

If you have a company banner you’d like us to hang on the clubhouse, get it to us and we’ll be glad to get it up there for you!

If you sponsor a hole, you can setup a tent there and offer drinks, snacks, company info, or raffle opportunities, etc…. Collect player info.

Also we invite you to send over or we’ll be happy to come pick up any company promotional “schwag”! And put it in our “Ditty Bags” this year!!

Register with us ASAP and you can keep up with tournament info before and after the tournament on this website.

HERE WE GO!!! I’m pleased to send you this letter to invite you to register for The 2011 Mitsubishi Polysilicon Annual Invitational Golf Tournament. The committee would like to extend an invitation to you and your company to join us for our annual event. Last year’s event was a big success and this year will be even better! Since we will be one of the first tournaments on The Crossings Course at Magnolia Grove, the conditions will be perfect. And October isn’t a bad time of year to play!!!

With “Southern Delight” catering the food, Live music and GREAT door prizes, this is a tournament you don’t want to miss! This will be a first class opportunity to mingle and meet with vendors and clients. Naturally there will be beer, soda and water on the course throughout play.

Also there will be 3 holes with “Hole In One” prizes. You could win a new Car, Vacation Getaway or a new bag of Clubs!!!

Attached is your registration form. We will need to know your players names, Shirt sizes and handicaps. Maximum mulligans per player will be 4 and “Power Drives” will be 2. Let us know how many you want on your registration form. We want your check in to be smooth and easy to leave plenty of time for the Driving Range and Putting Practice. Also please enclose your check or let us know if you wish to pay on the day of the tournament. Please return registration form and check to:

Shotgun start will be @ 8:30am October 29th on The Crossongs Course at Magnolia Grove.
The cost per player is $100 / $400 per team.
Hole sponsorship is $300 with sign included.
